2-Year Limited Warranty

Every Novora Smart Cupping Massager comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects (motor failure, button malfunction, charging issues).
  • Premature battery failure.
  • Defects in workmanship or materials.

What's NOT covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or water exposure.
  • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, fading).
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Loss or theft.

How to claim warranty

  1. Email support@no-vora.shop with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. Include photos or a short video showing the problem if possible — it helps us diagnose faster.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  4. Approved warranty claims receive a free replacement device, shipped to you at no cost.

Outside the warranty period?

Contact us anyway — we may still be able to help with troubleshooting, replacement parts, or a discount on a new device. We don't leave loyal customers stranded.

Registering your product

Your order receipt is your proof of warranty. We keep records of every purchase by email, so no manual registration is needed.
