30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Novora. If for any reason you're not happy, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email support@no-vora.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the device in its original box (or any sturdy packaging) and drop it off at any carrier location.
- Once received, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
What's eligible
- Unused or gently used devices in working condition.
- Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
What's NOT eligible
- Damage caused by misuse (drops, water damage, modifications).
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Hygiene-related accessories that have been opened or used.
Damaged or defective on arrival?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement right away.
Device stopped working?
If your device fails outside the 30-day window, you're likely covered by our 2-year warranty.
