30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Novora. If for any reason you're not happy, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@no-vora.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the device in its original box (or any sturdy packaging) and drop it off at any carrier location.
  4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

What's eligible

  • Unused or gently used devices in working condition.
  • Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required.

What's NOT eligible

  • Damage caused by misuse (drops, water damage, modifications).
  • Items returned after 30 days.
  • Hygiene-related accessories that have been opened or used.

Damaged or defective on arrival?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement right away.

Device stopped working?

If your device fails outside the 30-day window, you're likely covered by our 2-year warranty.
