Processing time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery times

Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the full order value on customs forms.
Lost or stolen packages
If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@no-vora.shop.
Damaged in transit?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening and email us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement immediately and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
