How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link and order number. Click the link to see real-time updates from our carrier.
Haven't received your tracking email?
- Check your spam folder.
- Most orders ship within 24 hours, but allow up to 48 hours for the tracking email.
- Email support@no-vora.shop with your order number and we'll look it up.
Lost or stuck package?
If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll launch an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
Need to update your address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at support@no-vora.shop. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible — please contact your local carrier directly.
Delivery times
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
