Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) acquired physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example, an email or letter):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the withdrawal before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning the goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired. You bear the cost of returning the goods, unless we provided a free return label.

Liability for value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene-related items that have been unsealed after delivery, in line with EU Directive 2011/83.
